For three days, the Poznań International Fair became a meeting place for gardening professionals, landscape architects, local government representatives, and greenery enthusiasts from all over Poland and abroad. This year's edition, held on October 15-17, attracted 247 exhibitors and nearly 7,000 visitors. Over 80% of the fair's guests were professionals: architects, landscape architects, representatives of garden centers, wholesalers and retail chains, florists, and companies involved in green space maintenance. As part of the Hosted Buyers program dedicated to international trade, 80 buyers from 10 countries met with exhibitors at this year's GARDENIA. The fair was also an opportunity to present the latest products and technologies - the most innovative solutions were awarded in the Gardenia Gold Medal competition.

The floristry stage at the Gardenia 2025 Fair was one of the most dynamic and inspiring parts of the program, attracting crowds of visitors every day of the event. The space was bursting with creativity, color, and passion for flowers, becoming a venue for shows, workshops, and meetings with master florists from Poland and abroad.

The main stage hosted spectacular floristry shows, in which floral artists presented the latest trends in plant compositions - from modern decorative forms to classic arrangements inspired by nature.

There were also educational events – the Certified Training of the Polish Arborists Federation attracted specialists involved in tree care, and Speakers' Corner became a space for exchanging knowledge on marketing, e-commerce, and innovation in the gardening industry. As part of the 19th Urban Garden Art Forum entitled “Greenery. A plan for a better city,” experts in urban planning, ecology, and landscape architecture shared their experiences and ideas for creating more sustainable public spaces. Design workshops, including those devoted to prairie gardens and blue-green infrastructure, were also very popular, allowing participants to gain practical skills and learn about the latest solutions in green space design.

The Hosted Buyers program was particularly popular, enabling foreign industry representatives - distributors, importers, owners of garden centers, and retail chains—to meet directly with Polish exhibitors. Thanks to carefully selected participant profiles and individually planned B2B meetings, this program became a key element in building international trade relations. This year's edition welcomed buyers from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Spain, Estonia, Georgia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, and Serbia, among others, which emphasized the global nature of the event.

Foreign guests appreciated the high organizational level of the fair, the diversity of the exhibitors' offerings, and the opportunity to meet Polish producers of plants, gardening equipment, decorations, and technology for greenery in person. Many of them declared their willingness to return in the coming years, and some already began specific business talks during the fair, which will result in international cooperation.
